Rene A Fonseca is the founder of United Central Security. He was born in Bogota, Colombia and in 1985 he migrated to New York where he quickly started in 1987 his first security alarm company called: Diamond Security.
In 1993 he was blessed with the opportunity to move to Florida. The same year he started Universal Security which by 2004 the company had over 32 full time employees. The main focus of Universal Security was to work closely with Home Builders. Between 2000 and 2004 the company was averaging over 200 new installations a month.
